Can you spot this weeks guest?

In this episode I’m very excited to have Joseph Hendo. A freerunner based out of the UK who has been given the nickname “The Peoples Champ”.  I had met him in either Santorini Greece or Los Angeles for the first time, but definitely have seen him in both locations plenty of times since. He’s a genuine good guy, but our talks were always small in nature. In the middle of the podcast, I get blown away as to how deep of a thinker he is. When I asked Jo to be on, I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with what he had to say. The beginning of the episode starts like most. We discuss a little bit of travel, but the conversation becomes deeper in nature as the episode continues.

We cover topics like making each moment as enjoyable as possible. Using money as a tool to bring you meaningful memories and experiences. How going outside your comfort zone will bring you growth. How you can use your past to help conquer your present fear. Ways to make the most out of any bad situation. Having a mind for the present, not the future. Wait till the end to hear Jo’s distinction between Enjoyable vs. Pleasurable moments and how discipline equals freedom. It’s another solid session so sit back, relax and enjoy another episode of The Art of Happy Travels.

PS: To all the In N Out fans out there, I’m truly sorry. Please forgive me 😬
